USER RESEARCH: My approach to user research is to capture the main pain points of a user and to understand how I can relate and problem solve.

USER EMPATHY: When creating a user empathy map, I put myself in the shoes of the user to understand how they are feeling, what they are thinking, and what they would like to see in order to have a better experience.

QUALITATIVE INTERVIEWS: My approach on qualitative interviewing is to ask open ended questions to allow for thoughtful responses. I always follow up a question by also asking “Why?” so I can better understand the users thought process.

From sketching low-fidelity wireframes, to storyboards, I believe getting your ideas out quickly on paper is vital for the UX/UI process.
Information architecture is extremely important when designing any application. Creating streamlined design often involves card sorting, creating site maps, and user flows.
ELEGANT SOLUTIONS
As a passionate UX/UI designer who focuses on user centered design, I put the user's needs before anything else. My first exploration of empathy maps and user personas was an eye opener and it became even more vital to my process with analysing direct user feedback on how I could improve navigation and user satisfaction. I am here to turn user problems into elegant solutions.
